A sound mod I made using the Monkey Bomb from COD and the original sound.

The only way I found to achieve this was to use plugins that unlocked the hidden cvars, but this prevents me from uploading the sound mod to the Steam Workshop.

If anyone knows of a legit way of adjusting the pipe bombs beep timer interval and the the fuse time, I'd be very interested to know.
