what really needs to happn if for you and the co-owner or just your self to sit down and think what server do you want and how you want it to be and stick to it and work on it and think how can i do better if you keep thinking that you will have a awesome server dont let anything get in your way

I wholeheartedly agree, alot needs to be done to make it much more rewarding.

It needs to promote grouping up. As kingdom or some traveler group for example. Mayby military getting the good stuff would do the trick?

Good. In my opinion, anime custom jobs were doing the most damage to the server. I'm glad you see it as a problem.

If you are gonna revamp the server, then please, for the love of all gods, put some limitations on custom jobs. If it's gonna be the same anime playermodels and HP wands I'm not gonna be part of it.
