this is baptism in Jesus name. hearing about him and what he was sent to do and believing. you are immersed in his name. being baptized/immersed in his name is not what baptizes you into his death.

34 “Do not think that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I have not come to bring peace, but a sword. 35 For I have come to set a man against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law. 36 And a person's enemies will be those of his own household. 37 Whoever loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me, and whoever loves son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. 38 And whoever does not take his cross and follow me is not worthy of me. 39 Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.
11 “But when the king came in to look at the guests, he saw there a man who had no wedding garment. 12 And he said to him, ‘Friend, how did you get in here without a wedding garment?’ And he was speechless. 13 Then the king said to the attendants, ‘Bind him hand and foot and cast him into the outer darkness. In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’ 14 For many are called, but few are chosen.”
1 Corinthians 9
24 Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one receives the prize? So run that you may obtain it.

22 He went on his way through towns and villages, teaching and journeying toward Jerusalem. 23 And someone said to him, “Lord, will those who are saved be few?” And he said to them, 24 “Strive to enter through the narrow door. For many, I tell you, will seek to enter and will not be able. 25 When once the master of the house has risen and shut the door, and you begin to stand outside and to knock at the door, saying, ‘Lord, open to us,’ then he will answer you, ‘I do not know where you come from.’ 26 Then you will begin to say, ‘We ate and drank in your presence, and you taught in our streets.’ 27 But he will say, ‘I tell you, I do not know where you come from. Depart from me, all you workers of evil!’
most will not make it this is Jesus own words
9 He must hold firm to the trustworthy word as taught, so that he may be able to give instruction in sound doctrine and also to rebuke those who contradict it.
1 Timothy 5
20 As for those who persist in sin, rebuke them in the presence of all, so that the rest may stand in fear.
Hebrews 3
12 Take care, brothers, lest there be in any of you an evil, unbelieving heart, leading you to fall away from the living God. 13 But exhort one another every day, as long as it is called “today,” that none of you may be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin. 14 For we have come to share in Christ, if indeed we hold our original confidence firm to the end.
6 And blessed is the one who is not offended by me.”
Luke 9
26 For whoever is ashamed of me and of my words, of him will the Son of Man be ashamed when he comes in his glory and the glory of the Father and of the holy angels.
12 Then the disciples came and said to him, “Do you know that the Pharisees were offended when they heard this saying?” 13 He answered, “Every plant that my heavenly Father has not planted will be rooted up. 14 Let them alone; they are blind guides. And if the blind lead the blind, both will fall into a pit.”
Jesus words offend you
9 Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.
10 If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:
its clear as day what apostles warned about. no new teachings were told to come the exact opposite false ones. majority of pagan religions like catholic are teachings introduced long after Jesus and the apostles. apostles never worshipped marry they preached sarah was the mother of believers. they never called marry the mother of God never asked her for blessings and to be her servant or any saint who has always existed. catholics are pagans in danger of destruction
1 Timothy 2
5 For there is one God, and one mediator also between God and men, the man Christ Jesus,
Acts 4
12 And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved.
1 John 2
1 My little children, I am writing these things to you so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an [a]Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous; 2 and He Himself is the propitiation for our sins; and not for ours only, but also for those of the whole world.
Isaiah 42
23 Who among you will give ear to this,
will attend and listen for the time to come?
24 Who gave up Jacob to the looter,
and Israel to the plunderers?
Was it not the Lord, against whom we have sinned,
in whose ways they would not walk,
and whose law they would not obey?
25 So he poured on him the heat of his anger
and the might of battle;
it set him on fire all around, but he did not understand;
it burned him up, but he did not take it to heart
3 No, I tell you; but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish.
Telling truth is love. You will die in your sins unless you turn away from transgression. "many" not some will be told begone I never knew you on Judgment day. Many are taking the wide path to destruction. You cant willingly give up your life and stop sinning unless Jesus sets you free and the peace that surpasses all understanding dwells in you. Those who dont have the spirit of Christ in them dont belong to Christ. If you never had an encounter with the Holy Spirit coming to you and "falling upon" or "pressed upon" you, you do not belong to Christ. Many are stumbling because blind leaders. Most dont even know the real God because the son never reveled him to them

So many people who stop calling themselves Christian always say they were baptized in water and were saved or people say they are "giving their life to Jesus" when all they do is get dunked in water and go about life as normal never following Jesus teachings. This is exactly why Jesus sent Paul to preach not baptize. People judge knowing God on something that doesn't get the son to reveal God to them. The churches who preach water baptism are the blind leading the blind.
You are not born again until the Holy Spirit falls upon you which is Holy Spirit baptism. Just like how the Bible writes it down when it happened its because its noticeable. If you repented and never had an encounter with the Holy Spirit you did not become born again. You must be baptized in The Holy Spirit not a name but a person who is God.
This is a commonly misunderstood verse that people think baptized in water makes you born again of the spirit. That is false. Born of water is born of flesh. Jesus is saying that which is born of the Spirit is spirit not that which is born of water and spirit is spirit. This also explains 1 John 5:7 which is the water is the flesh of Christ and the blood is the life of the flesh and the spirit is the Christ that existed before creation. It talks about how the Christ came by blood and water its talking about how God came into creation with us.
