@Slurpentine Does the game give you an error? Or does it black screen and crash? Some solutions to the VM_Create on UI issue are using a different .exe to run the game (remounting and running multiplayer from that menu also work) or updating your drivers.

I will try. Also, my copy of Jedi Knight doesn't seem to be working... I'll just buy it officially this weekend. Till then, I think you'll have to be the one to add me :)

Patch 1.1 - this is a must

JA+ (the most widely used mod in the game)

Essentially it lets you move around more fluently, like you see in Quake 3. "Base" JKA is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ and looks slow and unresponsive for jumps. The JA+ mod also adds things like extra animations and just gives a lot more freedom. Please, whatever you do make it a JA+ server. The latest file is 2.4beta3.

You just unzip it, extract the file to your gamedata folder and that's it. Your custom skins, lightsabers and binds go in your japlus folder, or your base folder. The base folder is default, but I heard the japlus folder holds more files with fewer problems

The entire Jedi Knight series would be cool.

It doesn't have to be, it all depends on what the group wants.

Is this limited to Jedi Academy? Not that that's a bad thing; I'm just curious what needs to be re-installed.
