Crisis At JFDI

Due to an ongoing crisis at JFDI, Very_Frightened has been placed into a leading administration role, with sweeping powers at his disposal. According to insiders, the clan has suffered a very sudden decline in membership, the cause of which has yet to be determined. "Bloody Hell, the one minute i am just playing my games, while minding my own fucking business, the next minute i turn around, and i am the fucking only one left, go figure ..", said Very_Frigthened.
Experts say that it is not unusual for clans to disintegrate, however, the speed of which, in this case at least, surprised even the most hard-core gamers.
Again Very_Frightened: "The first thing we'll do is having an emergency assembly, to determine future direction, and the cause of the sudden decline in membership ...", "... obviously, member-recruiting is going to be put on hold until further notice ...", "... given time, maybe they'll just come back ..., ... you just never fucking know ...".
When asked, recently, by officials whether it was appropriate to drop the "<JFDI>"-tag, for the time being at least, Very_Frightened had this to say: "I don't give a flying fuck what people think, but i am going to keep this clan alive for as long as i see fit, besides, i am going to be in charge, you know, which means i get to determine the 'Group Player of the Week' ...".
"... this kind of thinking is just delusional ...", one rival, but anonymous clan member pronounced, "... this clan's just dead, it ain't never coming back!".
While most experts agree that it is difficult for most clans to recover from such devastating events, "... this clan (JFDI) has already got a history, add recent events to it, and you may be able to build on that to revive JFDI", one expert says.

I have drafted a list of the things I think we should aim to achieve in the next few months:

Core team assembled
First scrim with the new team
First scrim victory
First ladder match
First ladder match victory
Finish in the top 75% of a ladder
Beat a reputable and established clan
Cap out on dustbowl
Cap out on badlands
Cap out on well
Cap out on gravelpit
Have a 3 scrim winning streak
Have a 10 scrim winning streak
Beat 10 NZ clans
Defeat a clan without conceding a point
Defeat a clan with our individual scores more than double their scores
Defeat a clan with a 2-1 ponts ratio
Fill the roster (12 members)
Have two 6v6 teams ready and running
Play a 12v12 scrim
Win a 12v12 match
Cap out well in under 5 mins
Cap out dustbowl in under 10 mins
Cap out gravelpit in under 10 mins
Cap out badlands in under 5 mins
Kill the entire enemy team at once
Be in the top 50% of a ladder
Get some higher milestones!

We need to sort the clan out. We've had two losses in a row, and although the first one was expected, and the second was close, it was still two losses. So, heres my plan: We need to pick and choose our classes, and specialize in them. To that end, I think that me and Very_Frightened should be the soldiers, RokkitLawnChair and Eddie our scouts, Azreal our medic, Jish the heavy and Teggles our demoman. Now, the rest of the people who are not on the list, I'm sorry, but at the moment you either don't play enough, or I can't see you in the clan right now. (Intense is the exception, as he is taking a leave of absence and has left me in charge, hence this post) We are also going to lose the server, as we *very* rarely use it, and for those clan matches we can book a server from NZ Fortress. If you have any objections or suggestions, message me in steam. To those who are leaving us, thanks for your contribution, and I'm sorry it had to end this way. With this plan we will be able to rise from the ashes, and achieve our goal: of being one of the best clans in NZ.
