GIVHUD 2.0.0 has been released. It has been updated to accomodate up to Halloween 2018 Bugs are expected.

HUDGEN was used to auto-generate the latest revision of this HUD. This is a tool that is used to compare HUD diffs and create ones that should be up to date with Valve's latest releases. It can be found at:
