The alliance with the Brotherhood has failed, they are definitely not friendly since hey are in an alliance with the Hydra. IDK if they are KOS or not but they will probably shoot us on sight.

There seems to be a new gang on the Slave-RP server, So I am going on personally to try and negotiate a neutrality act. I am definitely going to speak to the COL before making any action, but I hope to negotiate a peace so the ISDF do not get slaughtered like we did with Hydra.
