Yes there still is you have to leave your own cade telaport them near the Zombie spawn and then noclip back in

If IF (have too put if in all caps so you know.) you are survivor and the person that is stuck is a zombie or the other way around but if you are both survivors/zombies their is no need for noclip...

Oh, and you don't need to noclip too teleport people unless you are playing deathrun and you are death which that rarely if never happens.
