Gooooooooooooooooooooooood morning vietnaaaaaaaam. ( one of my favorite movies by the way ).

How can we help, is looking for some moderators or/and staff. Since the group is growing pretty quick, we are going to need a lot more staff in soon future.

Who can become a moderator or STAFF member ?[/b] : Everyone who is behaving in good manners and is mature enough to take responsibility.

What can I do to become a STAFF or moderator member ? : You simply have to show engagement. People who invite or invited a lot of people, and permanently show efford to make the group a little bit better and are motivated to care about others and recruit and help new players, are pretty much called STAFF already. Somebody who invited about 2000 members is entitled to become a moderator.

Why do I have to invite this amount of members to become a moderator ? : Simply because not everyone can become a moderator, which means we have to have some sort of selection. People who invited this amount of players and also continue inviting and caring about the group, did definitely prove enough about their ability to be a real moderator.

What exactly is a moderator ? : A moderator is something you could compare to a security guard and an adviser. Moderators have a couple of more rights in the group and are meant to care mostly about the security in this group.

Is it worth to become a part of the HCWH staff ? : It is definitely worth it IF you are looking for engagement in a permanently growing community, IF you want to get more social contacts in steam, IF you find fun in helping others and being a part of a big community.

How can I apply ? : You do NOT really apply, the administrator and moderator will see your activity in this forum when you are inviting new people and when you are writing in our forums. Show activity, show motivation, help us to get more people in to the group, and we will contact you after a while.

We created this group/community yesterday, and " How can we help " is doing big steps when it comes to the amount of members we had joining since then. Thank's to everyone who helped and is going to help us! I want to remember everyone who didn't invite anyone yet: Everyone is able to invite friends and other people, so if you guys want to invite your friends, go for it. We seriously appreciate all help we can get :-)
