Hey JohnDoe123, I had seen a post in the forums wondering about the silicone earplugs. Here's a DIY silicone kit for molding them to your ear structure and letting them cure.

A while back on hunting shows, they had the canned silicone that you could spray directly in your ear, but I can't quite remember what it was. I used it for range shooting 6 years ago.
Is that what you were thinking of?
