Oh yeah, this thing exists. I've set up a StarMade server if anyone wants a place to play. Address is mc.homeworldmc.com:4242

Update: The server name you want is HomeWorldMC not HomeWorld.

Oh and the password is the same as the password on the 7 Days to Die server.

Also, the game doesn't seem to have an in-game player list or player join notifications, so the only way to know when other people are logged in, besides simply running across them in game, is to join the Teamspeak server. ts3.homeworldmc.com

We have an online world map now. It will show all the areas that have been explored by any player on the server.

We're not the most lively server, only about 5-6 active players, but there's usually at least one person online. Being in NSW you'll probably fit right in. Most players are from the eastern states and are in your timezone. I'm way over here in Wait Awhile; a.k.a WA.

So, I figure that we should just leave the server as invite only. As such, if you want to invite friends, that's great. Just have them join this group and then give them the server password.

Well, it's started already. We've had a theft. Dev0 lost a bunch of oil drums, ammo and medikits. If it was you and you didn't realise you were stealing, please give them back. But given the nature of the items taken, my guess is the thief knew what he was doing.

We have a nice friend and small server and now that has been spoiled somewhat. Rest assured thief, I have the server logs and I will find you.
