Looks pretty interesting. I enjoyed the fist/knife fight between the german and the soviet

There are some really great missions when I had Barbarossa to Berlin. It's the only game where I specifically had the chance to hunt partisans as Germans!

At the end of each turn the player has to (if they want) control where each unit will move and/or what it will attack. A start button is clicked and the players view each other's moves against each other. And then so on, setup and click/play, pause-setup, click/play until the turn number is up or the objective captured. Turns can be added like FIFA adds time I think.

It's a turn-based strategy game where you set up soldiers and move them against your opponent one click at a time. It's like Civilization but at a company level. There's more realism than CoH especially in how tanks are hit. Infantry are better represented than HOI because it's down to squad level.

Paradox just released a Hearts of Iron 4 trailer with more screenshots for a conference in Germany. They also are offering an opportunity to receive free dlc on their website. If one of us gets into the beta that'd be awesome!
