Wish you've enjoyed this Sunday, my Wolfy~! I don't like how weekends slip by so fast at times... but at least this month is festive~

And of course... I had those nights when slumber never came. So I caressed my chest with one hand... caressing my heart~

It sends the nervous system a signal to release oxytocin, as if receiving a real hug~ And with that, I imagine positive scenarios of life... and my sleep begins to improve~

Listen to yourself, to those signs of life... whenever you're not ready to go, or your gut tells you not to, you should stop and rest. Any goal or dream can become real, so long as the soul has cared for itself first~

I'm lucky I didn't have to actually work today, or things would probably end up a bit bad with the quality of sleep I had
I also wish energy drinks could help but they don't do much; and coffee likely could help, but I rarely have just coffee, usually have a frappe or somethin

Im feelin you. My longest sleep time while school days is 5 hours. But coffee or Monster can fix everything :3

Had to take a sleep apnea study/test, and I barely got any sleep from it :(
I had a thing on my wrist, index finger, and chest, but didn't really get any god sleep
I'm still here tho! Just very tired
