Even posting on the forums doesn't help; they just accuse you of cheating, even former Steam admins. I wrote a post in the VAC section, and all I get is toxic attacks. I don't know what else to do. I've written numerous emails, even to content creators, I've written to support numerous times, receiving an automated response, and the days go by and we still haven't received a reply.

Ich persönlich denke, dass wenn du das wirklich durchziehen würdest mit Seattle, du dort freundlich abgewiesen wirst. Dein Kontakt aus Deutschland war eine One in the million - Chance und hast einfach mega Glück gehabt. Bei deinem Inv-Wert auch überaus erfreulich, dass dies passiert ist.
Auch wenn nun im vorletzten Patch einige Bans wieder aufgehoben wurden bzgl. eines neuen Automatisierungs-Ban-Fehlers, glaube ich nicht, dass bei unseren Bans noch gerüttelt wird. Ich lasse mich aber gerne mit meinen 1% Hoffnung vom Gegenteil überzeugen. ;)

2024/2025 i was very busy with my projects in rl, but in 2026 I should have more time to do that, because I also want to visit Seattle now since I explored the area around valve when we did a thread here about to visit valve

Seattle is nice, maybe i will go there. But this could be in late 2026 (MAYBE) so of course I would visit Valve and talk to them. If I go to valve I also would prepare an presentation so I can show evidence

hopes thye fix all of their errors and finally unban the accounts that are guilty free just because of a their ♥♥♥♥ anticheat

They released an update acknowledging the error of the erroneous bans and stating that they have removed them. We are no longer in the conversation because it was so much time ago as i see

im sure those people will get unbanned tbh. most of the high dpi people got unbanned but for some reason they just ignored people who got banned early on in the ban wave. they seem to be doing a better job unbanning people for their mistakes now but theyve just ignored us hoping nothing comes from it

Looks like VACnet now bans for just +turnleft, +turnright binds/commands which means there will be more false positives, maybe now valve will look what's going on instead of ignoring the problem for over 2+ years

Hello everyone, I have attempted to contact the users in this group in writing. Unfortunately, without success. We could try contacting Valve again, but unfortunately, it's not possible through my personal contact in Germany, who had me checked and unbanned by the "VacNet guy", because the number of people is too high to go thru this contact. I've already tried writing to several people specifically, but I've always been rejected... Should we try contacting someone from Steam again? It would be such a huge advantage if we had someone dedicated and professional on site who could go to Valve in person and present our problem.

It's also very much malpractice as proven by xploit who had his account unbanned after taking legal action.

saw your reddit post TDT. the bias of from individuals who haven't gone through a false ban in the csgo/cs2 community have towards those who have been banned falsely and defend their innocence is demoralizing. i was unbanned almost 2 years ago at this point, but still check this group frequently hoping for any sort of resolution for the individuals who are still banned to this day. the fact that people who simply played the game normally could lose everything from a completely faulty and bugged automated anti-cheat, that i'm sure is still in use today (albeit with crucial bugs fixed i'm sure), while simultaneously providing no official outlet to have the ban reviewed by an actual human being is an atrociously bad business practice.
