What happened to the L4D2 server?

Hey there folks, a former bropan player here!

Iam looking for the old maps bropan_v2, bropan_v3 and the special 2015 map where was last event before the server shut down. Unfortunaely i do not have any of them anymore because i accidentally wiped all my TF2 files in 2016. Lately i have been thinking alot about the good ol' fun times on bropan and been feeling very nostalic. So id be really happy to get them for my personal needs, play on them, remember the good times that i miss very much...

How do i get onto the Tf2 server? i try putting the IP into add server but it says "Server not responding". is it dead?

There is a user in this group https://v1.steam.hlxgame.cc/id/anarki2/ who is an impersonator and tried scamming me. Can we kick this user and block him?
