We're a team, and I'd say we should start showing it. As most of you have probably realized, I have not been around lately; but I aim to change that. Everyone in first company right now somewhat lacks a company identity, and this is part of the reason we'll have a training on Wednesday. I would like to make it mean something to be part of First, and with the help of my COs I think we can accomplish that.
