Server rules

Server rules are the usual, no randoming, buffglitching, glitching, no horses in the arena etc. Racist behaviour in chat is under no circumstances allowed and should be dealt with accordingly. Wallglitching is okay imo unless someone use it for randoming.

I do suggest we allow wars to take place unless it goes mickey mouse, so that would be up to the admins to decide if to step in or not.

Regarding punishment for breaking rules, I'm not going to decide for how long we ban people etc. I believe that admins should have the freedom to decide the punishment themselves when a player violates our rules.

With that said, I think we should go easy on the perm bans though.
