Legendary sucks but I'm actually doing very well as the Oda clan, of all things, as a newbie playing this game. If you need the Legendary achievement or bragging rights, go with Oda. I haven't even finished my first campaign yet, but I am damn close.

Cheap cannon fodder with low upkeep and high morale? ♥♥♥♥ yes.
