A new bottled message delivery system seeks to increase the rate at which news travels throughout Gensokyo. This system, labeled the ‘Moriya Steam Powered Bottle Communication Network (MSPBCN)’ could greatly improve Gensokyo as we know it.

While its creator is unwilling to comment further on how it works, the effects of this could have is profound. “Just think of the impact this could have on news delivery” said one assistant. It is believed that the new system will be up and running sometime in the near future.

Human respect for Youkai diminished?

Alright, found a character I would be comfortable playing in Aya Shameimaru. Been meaning to roleplay a reporter for quite a while, so this will be an excellent way to get my feet wet.

But that's a spell card and is more like mirror image than anything. .-. And by that there would be two Parsees - which no one needs.

Not Touhou ones. I've had a bit of history with some RP Communities that went down the tubes due to members being too strict and/or elitist. (and then, it got worse)

Then again, the opposite has also happened. So it's a balancing act.

I'm a bit softer on RP then Shikieiki from experiance in other RP communities which went to hell because of their strictness. But we don't want to go the opposite direction either. This is supposed to be a friendly place to RP, but don't let the RP get too lulzy.

Unless ofcourse it's within the character(s) to do so or alchahol gets involved.

Utsuho has a point. But there can be only 1 flandre RPer. I am willing to give her to someone, IF that someone is a good flandre.

Also, please, do not invite random people, instead, make sure they know how to properly RP, and if not, teach them.
I and ironwatsas and likely anyone else will be more than happy to teach people how to RP properly and over a prolonged time.

There are no Neko's in gensokyo, besides the obvious ones (Ran, orin and whoever else is one).
