Fixed the gunshop, jailmod still doesnt work, bank npc is located on the ATM inside of bank, and pop top diner npc is located on an atm near Xevi Club *sigh*
Also, fixed hotels horrendous SQL coding, fixed it all now.

Well things arent doing so well, but will be fixed soon.

Jailmod is screwing up, the bank npcs is non-exsistant, and thats about it.
