Server #2 fixed. Pre Round RDM is no more.

PRE ROUND RDM IS NO MORE!!!!! I fixed the issues, there was overlapping codes that we put in addons folder and then the lua folder, causing the files to clash. ALl fixed now, the only addons folder now is that contains the ULX(Admin) and pointshop.
