I got hooked on the games back with exile. I really enjoy this type of role playing. The stories that Jeff comes up with are some of the best. The are some of the games I really get into the story with.

Hello everyone! Just wanted to say that the Geneforge series was some of the first Shareware that I actually purchased back in the day for my Apple LC II. Wow brings back memories. I know that they are available DRM free through Jeff's site and GOG but it would be nice if the Mac versions made it to Steam as well. Here's hoping :)

Well hello there! I've never thought that there would be a group of people being interested in GF and Avernum, so I'm very glad to finally end up here. Just wanted to say, that these are some of the best games I've ever played.

Love the Avernum and Geneforge Series.

Are you using a windows admin account or a user account? If user maybe your account cant see the saves?

It happened on geneforge 1,2 and 3. I just gave up on playing while that happens

Go to your geneforge files in steam go to your save games copy and paste your saves somewhere youll remeber and if there deleted you just paste em again.

Yeah it pisses me off if I don't play like everyday my saves are removed

If geneforge deleted MY saves i would throw my computer out the window

I normally care about the graphics in a game at least a little, but the sound effects and story are so good that I couldn't care about the graphics less if I tried.

An amazing series of RPGs. A bit retro on the looks, but all 5 have indepth stories in each game. I'd highly recommend it, since all 5 are only 16.99$

I've played the demo's of all the Geneforge games, I believe. Anybody who is familiar with WildGames? Thats my first taste with Geneforge. I got very interested in it, and decided to ask my father to buy it with his credit card, and I'll pay him back. Originally, I was going to buy the 45$ all-games pack on Spider's site, but I saw this amazing Geneforge Saga sale on Steam, and I HAD to get it. Here I am, all games are halfway done downloading :D

YEAH joined cause i played geneforge 1 when I was little Yeah STEAM finally released it wohoo. Geneforge is one of the scariest games ever cause i dont know what kind of enemies lurk in the shadows and one wrong deciscion can turn an entire village against me.

Well, I joined because they finally added the Geeforge games to Steam. If only Avernum were available as well.

If it ever does hit steam for a reasonable price, it'll maen I can complete my collection of Spideweb games :)
