Jezzzzz man that's messed up. I've had a hemp profile pic on Rockstar social for over 7 years now and never had any fallout from it. Sony is ridiculous for doing that to you Guts..

I was on PS5 until recently... Taking a break from PS+ until GTA VI drops. Just got done with a ban for having hemp leaves in my cover photo. Was killing a tryhard in GTA, he leaves then messages me "enjoy your ban" I reply enjoy you quit. 3 days later I can't sign in and get an email from Sony. They said "One Week Suspension due to Cover Picture - Promotion of Illegal Substance..." Told support chat it was an unjustified ban. Said it was a targeted report of a 3y old screenshot of digital hemp plants in GTA - hemp is legal in most of the world & my home - no consumption of illegal substances were in the picture. They say suspensions are irreversible... sorry.
