I think I know why because your announcments are set to anyone so they can edit them no one is hacking it's just that you haven't set your setting

guy when i was looking on secrets on garry's mod and this player found this soldeir from tf2 and you got to believe me its a secret its on consruct map on sandbox and you gotta check it out its unbelievable
