Looks like Enigma Protector was added to Rise in an update just yesterday. On the positive side, that update also removes Denuvo and VMProtect.

As far as I know, its not in the game yet. But I do see others in different Capcom game forums also panicking.

Thank you very much. I was seeing conflicting information all over the place on Enigma Protector and what games use it; your second list looks to be correct.

Checking the games I own, I can confirm that Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection, Resident Evil 5, Strider 2014, and Street Fighter 30th have had Enigma Protector added, and still use it.

Older versions of Capcom Arcade Stadium and 2nd used VMProtect, so downgrading won't get you a clean executable. And, of course, Battle Network and Ghost Trick had Denuvo in their previous versions.

Oddly, Detect It Easy doesn't identify Enigma Protector in Resident Evil 5, but looking at the executable in a hex editor you can find Enigma Protector version information in it.
