Regarding recruitement limit it is 100 and I have edited the permissions so only owner/officers/moderators can invite new members

I added this to the rules in overview to make multigroup giveaways clear "Have in mind that giveaways shared with other groups are allowed after your monthly group only giveaway, but they will not contribute as much to your in group ratio." Right now steamgifts counts value as 1/x where x is the number of groups given away to. So if you give away a game that is $12 to 3 groups it will count as 1/3 giveaway and $4 giveaway to each group.

The GA have to be only for this group but... can it be for the whitelist too? (I have a little one)
