These rules are moderate and substantial.
1) Everyone respects everyone, it doesn't matter what you think or say be respectful or you don't have to be apart of the team.

2) Talk things out do not just get mad and leave, if you are not going to be cooperative then nothing will be solved, so talking things out and be cooperative.

3) "There is no I in team" this is an old saying but it's true, everyone on the team should have a chance to try something, so no hard feelings if you lose, it's just a game and it should always be fun with the team.

4) A team is a team no matter what, as stated before a team is not a team unless everyone is together on it, regardless of what is going on outside of the team we work together, if there is an issue with another member then do not talk about the problem because a team works as a team regardless of what is happening but the problem will need to be resolved at some point.

5) If you wish to recruit someone then be advised that they will not immediately be admitted into the team, they will have to show commitment (it means show that they can handle themselves in any game or situation) they will be notified within the week by their form of contact that they provide.

6) If you are going to be unavailable for any reason please notify me at your best convenience and if you don't want to or simply can not then please notify someone that can notify me of your absence.

7) In the time of a major event do not try to put something else in its place without notification to the other team members, if it is something that you must leave for then notify me immediate or have someone notify me immediately, a team is not effective without its members working together.

8) If there is something that is a touchy subject talked about in the team that should not be talked about to anyone else outside of the team then it will remain that way unless given permission.

9) If you are an annoyance to anyone in the team then you will be given only three warnings before you get removed from the team, unless the person is doing it as a joke and both people are okay with it, it will not be tolerated, everyone likes to play without being annoyed all the time.

10) If you make it known that you will be joining a team game then you must be apart of it unless something comes up at last minute then notify me immediately or at your best convenience so that we may fill in your part with someone else that is able to join, do not say that you will be joking and leave us without another member to take your spot.

So very sorry for how long it took to post this, I ran into some technical difficulties.

these trials are for the simple thing of choosing who will be actually be in this group and who will not, it does not mean that you wont be able to be apart of the things that we do it just means you arent in the team,for starters the team name as shown is of course Gamers United however the abbrivation used for this group is only GU no underscores for those that are accepted into the team, secondly something that must be established first in this is the ground rules (The ground rules will be established and posted later tonight or tomrrow) If there are any other question regarding how to be part of the team please let me know either by messaging me on here or by responding to this or by posting your own thread regarding the said question or concern, thank you for reading this and i will be pleased to see you on the team
