Our team is on a mission to help sick and injured kids in our local communities. Each of us has chosen our local Children's Miracle Network Hospital that treats thousands of children each year, regardless of their illness, injury or even their family's ability to pay.
We need your help to reach our goal For The Kids!

Thanks to the efforts of dozens of contributors, the Gameoverse team has raised over $1500 for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals throughout the 4 years since we've first started!
This year, our team will be streaming through the entire weekend, from Friday, November 3rd, to Monday, November 6th.

Been a while since we've done one of these. That may be because we've never done one of these... Either way, we're doing one now! The game will be Tricky Towers. The prize, No Man's Sky for the first place winner!


So, here's how this is all going to go down:
We're going to hold 2 whole tournaments. One for the PS4 version of the game, and another one for the Steam version of the game. (All dependant on how many players we have. *Note Below*)
PS4 players will be competing for a PS4 version of No Man's Sky, and Steam players for the PC version. (See how that works?)

For PS4 Players:

• The Tournament will begin on Monday August 8th, at 6PM Eastern.
  
• Join the Event through the PSN, at any point before the start time.
  
• While not required, please either be in the Discord[discord.gg] chat (Preferred), PS4 party, or Twitch[www.twitch.tv] chat to communicate during the tournament.

For PC Players:

• The Tournament will begin on Friday August 12th, at 6PM Eastern.
  
• Reply to this announcement, at any point before the start time.
  
• While not required, please either be in the Discord[discord.gg] chat (Preferred), or Twitch[www.twitch.tv] chat to communicate during the tournament.

For ALL Players:

• The Tournament will consist of 1 round of 4v4 Special Survival mode.
  
• You are allowed to compete in both tournaments, but not if you've already won the PS4 tournament.
  
• The winner of the round will progress through the Winner's bracket.
  
• The losers will progress into the loser's bracket, where they will have 1 chance at redemption.
  
• If you lose while in the loser's bracket, you'll be eliminated from the tournament.
  
• The winner of the Winner's bracket will compete against the winner of the Loser's bracket in Grand Finals.
  
• The winner of the Loser's bracket must win twice in Grand Finals to win the tournament.
  
• Grand finals will consist of 1 round of 1v1 Normal Race, winner will claim a copy of No Man's Sky.

That's all there is to it. Hone your brick-stacking skills in the game before the big day, and show everyone what you've got!

*For PC players, we are waiting on responce from WeirdBeard to supply us with some keys to give away for the tournament. So, even if you don't own the game, please don't be discouraged from participating. If you can buy the game though, please do. (You'll probably be playing short enough to fully refund it anyway.)
