Resources are not spawning

Fallout decay is down anychance anyone here knows when i will be back up?

What's with the Gmod DayZ redirect when joining the Fallout Decay server?

Guessing the Decayed server is more or less "Decayed" from its former glory? Walking around for 15 minutes yielded no resource spawns. Though I did manage to pull the skin off of a gecko after it messed with the wrong albino radscorpion. Things are so much different after 4 years XD
