Server upgrade and update

Thanks to Aeorro (Valteziro the Fox), one of my admins, the server now has a better CPU, so go leave him creeper commends on his page thanking him :3
Server is also updated.

Server port change

Server port is back to 27015, which means you dont need to put a port at the end of the address to connect. ISP may have something to do with the server being unreachable over the past I dunno how long.

Edit: Actually, ♥♥♥♥, it's misbehaving again, so I'll run a server on 3 seperate ports, at least one should be reachable at any time
