As much as i'd like to, there are two problems -
1) Due to modding limitations on last stand, it is not possible to add new characters.
You can only replace existing ones.
2) I am not working on the mod for about two or three years now, Disturbance24 is the person doing the changes at the moment.

Matchmaking is working, but low player count means you're better off finding a premade party. When I tested I could wait for an hour to find a match.

To unequip gear manually for last stand and play vanilla/FE/dev versions w/o crashing:
1) Go to "Steam\userdata<steam account number>\56400\remote"
2) Open "LastStand.sav" in a text program.
3) Delete all text (this does NOT effect hero level, only loadouts).
4) Save the now empty file in the same location (above).
*If you want you can keep a copy of vanilla/FE/dev loadouts and replace the file with whatever you need.

2) it is possible. Animations are a pain in the ass, models are quite possible.

Hey I am new here so I have 2 questions, mb stupid, but I hope not.
1. Could you add bots to this mod? It is hard to find people even for vanilla, and many of them are just afk so bots wouldn't be bad at all
2. Is it impossible to create new models/animations for DoW II mods (in general) Or possible, but too much work/too complicated?

Discord server for sure. And if you want to have a more stable "search times", ask to be a tester. That's about twice of people you can play with, since lot of testers don't play stable versions.

Nothing but plans yet, I believe.
2 reasons for that:
- Necron is actually quite fine, he isn't weak nor he's useless;
- Necron don't have many models, animations and effects to toy with. Creative space is limited for him

Yes it could. I believe mod uses many assets from the full game.

Hello, I just installed the mod, but if i try to run Forgotten Emerald, i just get a crash report (also tried to run the game vanilla with the mod's launcher, but it still crashes).
Should i try to reinstall the mod? The fact that i have The Last Standalone and not the full Retribution could be a issue?

You ve done an exceptional job on this mod project...really like how much versatility there is now with each hero! Allthough you also altered the wave spawn lineup (which is great!) but only till wave 10 after that the game flattens a bit coz of to easy waves afterwards. Anyway I would kindly offer my help to support this mod ( i m a dev) but I read you refuse any contributions from others to this mod...which is kinda sad. If you change your mind, on that regard, plz let me know. :^ )

Im free at times to play the mod so.

It depends. It is not super active, but to find a group of 3 on a weekend is not impossible.
However, you have to use Discord for that - and the group's official discord.

Likely changes in the next patch include a damage system revamp (to cure the bolter syndrome and add more upgrade capabilities to the existing system).

I could explain it in more detail as it is already complete - if you guys are interested, i just need to give it a polishing pass now.

The last patch was the Eldar patch.
Right now im all too absorbed by a game i've been waiting on for a long time - the Divinity Original Sin 2.

My schedule considered, i will probably get to work on the next patch in ~2 weeks, as my usual company will be absent doing other things (for about a week) so i will have a lot of free time in that period.
