Decay has been turned on!

Hello witches and wizards. The server has been successfully updated. Decay has been turned on for buildings without thrones. Throned buildings will not decay. So if you see any broken buildings and want to improve server performance please remove the thrones.

Just an FYI, the server is being DDOSed at the moment. Hopefully will be resolved soon.

Server is up, an auto-restart feature has been added so there should not be issues with server crashes in the future.
