It's very difficult to find players online, I am playing Wreckfest which is actually a similar concept. Much better though.. The makers of Flatout2 published it.

Probably the second thing you said, Windo6. I had a couple multiplayer games with 2Elio and some others but, he I barely see him. So, who knows if I'll get another multiplayer session again.
