THE BUTTERFLY PROJECT (SELFHEARM)
submit here! THE RULES:
1. when you feel like you want to cut, take a marker or pen and draw a butterfly wherever the self-harm occurs.
2. name the butterfly after a loved one, or someone that really wants you to get better.
3. NO scrubbing the butterfly off.
4. if you cut before the butterfly is gone, it dies. if you don't cut, it lives.
5. another person may draw them on you. these butterflies are extra special. take good care of them.
6. even if you don’t cut, feel free to draw a butterfly anyways, to show your support.

Open your eyes, look within. Are you satisfied with the life your living in? Are you depressed are you feeling vain... maybe it can be tamed, but look ahead as all seems to fall maybe just maybe in the distance a spark may fall. You don't have to be lonely, and you don't have to be sad. Darling its completely okay to feel mad. I know what your thinking maybe ending it is the way, but to be truthful I also once felt that way. It seemed like ♥♥♥♥ like like nothing was going to be okay, but to be fully honest it's starting to today. All the tears, and all of the scars seemed to make a difference, because now that I took a step back I'm starting to glisten. I may of struggled tremendously, but as you can see there is and will always be a somewhat better me. I have taken the task and so should you, because there is always room to improve. Honey if you don't feel safe just know here you are welcomed, and you are never going to be misplaced.
