Fed ex you really suck. Every Fuc**** time I order anything and it’s being delivered by your company I cringe. Because never not ever can you guys meet a delivery date or anything reasonably close to it. 4,5 and 6 days past the date you claim you’ll be delivering it is unacceptable. It’s sad you have a 84% bad customer review rate. But you don’t give a rats ass. And you wonder why everyone purchases so much from Amazon! It’s because you FUC**** suck and what you do.

Fedex is trash. Please don't use them.
Fedex is terrible and I'm writing a review on the internet to show my hate for them. That's how frustrated I am.

Seems like every time I order online with a retailer using Fedex, they delay my order or lose my package without fail. How can a delivery company fail so tremendously in 2022. They're losing out big time to competitors UPS and Amazon and it's not even close. Never going to buy from anyone who uses Fedex. NEVER.

I wish I could give a zero star
I wish I could give a zero star. Not only did the driver throw my 250 GLASS scentsy warmers on my porch he then was the driver for my SECOND scentsy package and threw that one as well. That packages CLEARLY state “fragile” and “this side up” and yet we throw them?!? I wish I had say in who delivers my packages because it sure wound the FEDEX!

I agree. The inly reason to call customer service is to see how creative they can get with their lies. Nobody there actually cares about delivering packages.

I have called about the same package three times and gotten three different lies from the "customer service" people there.

Ok and another time, i had a package that was stuck in transit cause the shipper made an error with the address. The status was like "delivery address incorrect" and i was like ez I'll just update the address. And i go and try to do it and it's like "you can't update the address until after a delivery attempt has been made." AND I AM LIKE THEY HAVE THE WRONG ADDRESS SO THEY CAN'T ATTEMPT A DELIVERY! aaaaaaaaaaaaaa

RIGHT? Dude, they deliver door tags. I swear to god. I work from home and they don't buzz, i don't even think they attempt to bring the package to the door. They walk up to the building, leave a door tag, and leave!
