if there are afks and there is an admin on the server he or she should kick them as soon as they see them in the afk section for more than 5 minutes if there are too many afks then they'll all be kicked the second they are seen.
why do we kick afks?
we kick them because it is unfair for the people waiting to join the server all because someone likes to idle on the server idling on any UGC server is prohibited (with the exception of the idle servers )

Now moving on to laggy servers most of the admins already know how to do this but shortly they'll all know if the server is really laggy and NOT
just your fps lag or your ping, if your ping and fps are fiine then you can tell one of the admins the active admins are as follows: Sheep,4lpha,4rmageddon-(Rusty) sadly the fourth admin hasn't been online in quite a while however three is plenty enough and that should be it jk next we got the:
