Folks, you've been doing a wonderful job in official business, but I have one thing to ask of you.

If you're on official business on the servers [or hell, if you just want to show that you're a FRAG admin] I'd appreciate it if you would wear the HLM tag. This is -NOT- a requirement, I'm only asking it so that people know who to go to if there are issues that need help.

We would like to know where people feel they fit in the Admin group. Or what role they would like to perform in the future.

Community roles:

Community Organizer: Focuses on creating events, communicates with members on a regular basis and keeps the community up to date on group related news. May also act as a community Moderator.

Community Administrators: Manages the rules. Debate with other Admins which members to promote and demote members to Moderators or Admins. Able to make community related announcement, may create events after the community agrees to it, Able to kick members from the group and can have members banned from group affiliated servers if the situation permits. Also can act as a community Moderator.

Community Moderators: Enforces and follows all rules, listens to members concerns and wants and deals with any drama in the community. May request that new rules be made and request that old rules be changed or removed.

Event coordinators: Volunteers that agree to help our weekend events go smoother.

Technical roles:

Technical Administrators: Head Administrator for that particular game server(s), responsible for keeping their game server(s) fast and stable. May kick, mute, disarm and ban players that breaks server rules.

Technical managers: Maintains server, may install plugins if approved by the Head Admin, may kick, mute, disarm and ban players that breaks server rules. Informs the rest of community and Technical Admin staff of players that have been very disruptive in the past.

Server Moderators: Assists Admins to ensures that all members on the server are following the server's rules. May kick and mute disruptive players and request assistance from server managers.

Technical adviser: Technical gurus. No real power on the servers, however they are valued by the community for their technical expertise and experience.

Web developer: In charge of designing and implement a website for the group.
