As of now you can pre-load Fallout 4! This basically means that you can download and install the game now, and you won't waste time doing all that on 11/10.

Okay, so you can't do the face modeling and such, but at vault111.com you can still choose your skills. You can also see a chart of all the perks you will be able to unlock based off of your S.P.E.C.I.A.L. choices. Then, when Fallout 4 releases, you can export it and be one step ahead of everyone else.
The site also features a fan-made map of Boston that may represent the Fallout 4 map (though probably not), and also a list of all the confirmed gear that will show up inb the game.
So what're you waiting for? Get ahead of everyone else and find out what makes you S.P.E.C.I.A.L. early.

Fallout 4 releases on November 10th for PC, XBox One, and Playstation 4

Fallout 4 is just around the corner, and Bethesda has finally released the computer requirements required to run their game, and the best specifications for optimal performance.

Yes it is a lot for the recommended requirements, but seeing as it is a brand new AAA title built on their new Creation Engine's graphical capabilities, it seems like an ideal setup and still not too expensive to assemble yourself. Good luck with your setups! ;)
