I do like this new game, i would admitt it needs some work, mostly the driving model, its too easy to control with traction control off and abs off to, but i wont be moving back to f1 2013 full time

I am back on 2013. The reductionism and simplification in the game is terrible. The driving model has become more and more arcade like and the cars start to feel like touring cars. I am so disapointed. The game's damage model is terrible, as is the collision detection. The only thing that has had an improvement in some scenarios is the AI, but it is not really there yet either. what a rip off. Codemaster's action is cynical at best. Shameful!

I use automatic for gearbox since I just suck at manual, always have and probably always will lol. Everything else I have off but I've been playing f1 games since formula 1 1997 grand prix edition on nintendo 64 lol so I know the circuits inside out and have a good feel for the cars on the modern games (post 2010). The racing line is good while you're learning the tracks but after a while you'll probably find it annoying or that you have developed a "better line" that's faster as I reckon the racing line is pretty conservative with braking zones. Or try turn everything off, yeah you'll be slower straight away but it forces you to improve and you'll learn everything pretty quickly that way ^^ Up to you though :)

ok what about race line and gearbox? wanna practice setting before getting smashed by you lot though i suppose someones gotta come last lol and LH44 seen your times on leaderboards fair play you are quality

Try racing with traction control off leegrego29, it's not that hard on this version of the game compared to past ones if you have a controller.

Settings are 25% races, No traction or ABS no Bracking assist or steering assist

what settings do you lot play online on the race nights im a f1 noob but ill give it ago i.e race line up traction control ect??? i guess the races are same settings for every1
