New server is running on F1-Only. Track Barcelona GP, Car Formula Hybrid 2019

I have changed some things on the servers. First the temp won't change anymore . So we don't have to vote for better temp anymore. Secondly I have changed the times. Two servers with the same timing is odd in my opinion. So the First League is 15 min Q and 6 laps race now. You can't vote for the next session. The Premier League server is 60 min Q and 13 laps race. You still can vote on this server for skipping the session. With this changes, I hope that there will be something for everyone. People who want to race a lot and people who wants to practice and improve their laptime.

I have updated the Skins to version 3.0 today

The server has been updated with the car 3.0.
