Hi, I need people to play EVOCHRON MERCENARY, especially multiplayer

Just a heads up, Retroverse.com.au server has had the "MP Only" profile restriction lifted so you can join using any of your pilot profiles.

Also the sites been redesigned and the pilot profiles are now more accurate.

Just saying hello.. New to the group and new to Evorchron M.
Was wondering if anyone knew of any US based servers where people are actually playing!
Would like to check out Multiplayer in this game.

hey, learning game on single player. Is any on here playing on a multi-player server? Pretty much a miner/trader but would like to play mp some of the time.

Bought the game a few yrs ago, never really played until now. I do have a question:

Multiplayer Local. If I just ad-hoc "Host" and my friend joins, will the structures we build "persist" if we close the game down and I host again (from the same machine) next week?

A New expansion is being worked on

Has development stopped on Evochron Mercenary? There were almost monthly updates until February of this year and then everything stopped. What's going on?

is multiplayer working for anyone? I can't get mine to work and can't access the main forums either :(

Btw, read on a review (as a negative aspect) that if you make a mistake with navigation you can acutally activate your hyperdrive (cannot remember in game name for this device) and end up in the middle of a star (not good) or if you start the process with something infront of you (a spacestation/planet maybe) things will not end well as you will accelerate straight into them. For me that sounds awesome! Adds some depth and thought to navigation as well as some no doubt humorous deaths :)

Just picked this up after seeing it on special offer. Looks very promising. Looking forward to taking it for a spin!

Dear players, sorry to inform you but IMclan will be shutting down the evochron server permanently. The cost of running it per month is not worth the possible one person joining for an hour in 30 days of service. I wish it would have become more of a success, but this is just the way of things. My dedicated server host asked starwraith to add our server to the master list, but they never did.

We're still hosting the minecraft server (over a year, now) and as always, membership is free to those who can play well together. Message me for whitelisting, or join the Immersion Clan group for that.

I only found this game a week ago... and I love it already! Is almost everything I wanted from a space sim. Now if only I had someone to play with in multiplayer...

Hey, im running this on a duel moniter setup, but when i go in combat, the mouse clicks the other moniter. Anyone got a fix?

Anyone know what to do with runtime error 506? The game worked yesterday, doesn't work anymore.

This game is a true space exploration/rpg, so far so good. It is not very forgiving and has a large set of control keys, but once you figure a few things out it is amazing and very fun.

I'd suggest spending a chunk of your first 25k at the start in the space station ship area to upgrade your engines and wings and such. The custom ship editor is easy to use too.

I can't wait to go back to space tomorrow.
