What happend to the daayum server?

I logged on to server today and there is a "new" server wide debug monitor called "monky monitor" it can't be removed and me and my friends find it annoying. Second I cannot save or refuel jerry cans, since last night. I would like to see it fix or you might lose a couple of members. Awesome Server! but yesterday it started killing everyone who joined within 30 seconds to 40 minutes. It just killed you and then when u respawned it killed u agian. Please fix this awesome server!
