Ok, for those of you who are familiar with the new MedCorps and medical RP guidelines, Splerge just gave me the go-ahead to write up a similar guideline for engineer RP (and how non-engineers can work with us), so if the officer-rank engineers in the group could get in touch with me I want to make this a group effort.
