Could I appeal a ban? I was accused of crashing the server when my connection timed out and I have no idea what to do since the person who banned me isn't in the discord server. Thanks.

when i search for it on the server list it doesnt show up,when i type "connect (ip)" in console it tries a few times and says failed to connect to server
