Saturday's unscheduled update has been installed. Sorry for the delay, but I was AFK.

Took about an hour, but Elderlands is back in buisness!

About an hour ago, Elderlands crashed due to a problem at the host. Here's the info they posted:

"We have detected an outage with your server and are currently working to resolve this issue. During this time, server stops, restarts, and reinstalls are disabled. Server crashes are generally solved within 30 minutes and extended mass outages will be reported via the members area alert system. "

I'll be up for a few hours yet, and will work to try and push them to restore the server as soon as possible.

If you're stuck in the Store because your mouse keeps jumping to center, try press the [tab] key (or whatever you have set for your inventory). The inventory will appear behind the Store GUI and return control of your mouse. You can then click on the Store buttons and close the store out.

Near the end of Pre-Wipe Wednesday and half way through the preps for the wipe, FacePunch announced a delay to the update, but that they were going to wipe the Official Servers today. And again next week with the update.

I'm going to go ahead and wipe the server and set the new map. The map will not change when the update and forced wipe come next week. As always Reward Points and Harvest Levels will persist.

The normal Post-Wipe benefits, including double RP and free VIPs will be made available. In addition, I've increased the map size from 4000 to 4500.

Sorry for the inconvenience. This all happened as I was getting ready for work, so I haven't had much time to react yet.
