New TF2 update broke the HUD from being used, now it's fixed with an updated "ui_version" of "3" and should work like normal once again.

Also, damage numbers now appear red regardless of my HUD and seems colour can be controlled through these commands:
hud_combattext_red x (values 0 - 255)
hud_combattext_green x (" ")
hud_combattext_blue x (" ")

Yellow damage text:
hud_combattext_red 255
hud_combattext_green 255
hud_combattext_blue 0
