I wanted to wish all of you happy and safe holidays. We won't be shutting down operations during Christmas and New Years, but I'm aware that many of you will be busy with family and friends including myself. Let's just do our thing over the next few weeks casually, and we will hit it hard again after the New Years!!

Just because you are in this steam group does not mean you are Helheim. This is just step 1 of your enlistment process.

The majority of Helheim is in MMO wave 1 currently.

We also own Your Own server if you do not have MMO access, join Helheim Server.

December has been a great month for Helheim!!

Quick overview of the last few weeks.
-We have merged StoneHammers successfully into Helheim,
-We have a handful of new recruits,
-Website is up and running for the next year,
-We have closed recruitment into the main core group.
-Council will be in place this week

Now let's go over in detail each bullet above.
StoneHammers joined our group to test the waters, I think I speak for everyone when I say this merger was a brilliant move on all our parts. The new members from StoneHammers have shown incredible skill and respect and I cannot thank them enough for giving us a chance!! StoneHammers members have also been chosen by everyone from each group to be on the Helheim council. That speaks for everyone the respect and the importance now they have within Helheim.

Helheim has grown fast we need to slow down and let the growing pains subside. We have decided to close recruitment into the core group for anyone with less than 1000 hours. That being said we have began developing Helheim Recruit Depot or (HRD). This group is Helheim but it's a safe place for new members to be vetted and trained properly before being moved into the core group. These new recruits will be working side by side the core veterans of Helheim. HRD recruits will be allowed in our teamspeak and will have there own channel they are free to be in our main channel also as long as the comms stay manageable. HRD is Helheim so don't treat them as outsiders. If anyone wishes to be more involved in the training process and management of HRD please contact me for further info.

Website has been paid and upgraded for the next year. It is my goal to keep moving away from steam page as the primary source of info for the clan. So check website often as possible. I would also like to start keeping track as a fun bragging rights game how many heads each of you collect and I can track that on website. Possibly a prize or some kind of fun thing to achieve. (Still an idea)

I did one on ones with most of you recently and I learned a great deal of info from all of you. I have a good idea of our core values that you all created through my questions. I have also found out who you all want on the council through my questions. I will do my best to get those finished this week.

I simply do not have time to make spreadsheets for economy so I am reaching out to all of you for help. If you are interested in taking this responsibility contact me for more info. I also do not have time to choose masters for each profession so get with me if you want to be a master of a division.

Lastly I want all of you to know that each and everyone of you is the lifeblood of Helheim you all have done excellent work and no matter we're you have come from you are all now Helheim and Helheim wouldn't be anything without you!!
