If you are low lvl you shouldnt be attacking no one until lvl 20 unless you are been attacked.
This stops people attacking low levels to start to build up. If you build your self a ship with guns or build a base with guns, then be prepared to be attacked, build your self up first and prepared to defend yourself.

Please provide information on the new PvP rules. Can you attack ppl of higher levels? Can you only attack lev 20 players? I really got confused yesterday...
