As long as you are logged into steam, you will have a message appear in your bottom right corner notifying you of the DC IH (if you are playing a steam game while the message is being delivered, it may appear in the top right corner depending on which game you are currently playing.) These messages are sent globably to everyone that is part of this group, although once you add hobbes to your friends list you will personally get spammed by him :D

Sorry we mostly play on US East or Europe. I am open for SEA games but we just don't have many SEA players on our TeamSpeak.
