Rules to join the Doge Master Race Group

1. Must have permission from Doge.
2. Must memorise the Doge Anthem.
3. Must participate in Doge Events.
4. Must know how to talk "Doge"
5. Must follow rules.
6. Cate = Kill
7. Must NOT be a Cate Member.
